Shipping policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Order processing occurs in 1-3 business days from time payment is confirmed. Where do you ship to? We only ship within the United States and its territories.

How do you ship?

Currently we use the USPS for all shipping. All orders are shipped based on weight and will qualify for either Flat Rate or Priority Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders at this time will qualify for free shipping. If a customer would like to upgrade from Flat Rate to Priority or Express they can contact us and we will arrange a cost for the upgrade.

When will I get my package?

Flat Rate shipments take roughly 1-5 business days to arrive at their destination while Priority Mail usually take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Each order will include tracking information from our door to yours so you will be able to track its journey to you.

My package was lost or stolen now what?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost in the mail or returned to us due to an address error we will gladly reship the item, but unfortunately we will not cover the shipping cost and will reach out to you to make arrangements. If your item shows delivered and you suspect it was stolen you will need to contact your local post office and make a claim.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipment on returns.
